James "Blue" Vaughn Jr., 68, of Albion, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Henry Ford Allegiance Health. He was born on August 7, 1950, the son of James Vaughn Sr. and Burnett (Jones) Vaughn. James attended Leland schools. He was a welder, truck driver, mechanic at several area companies and also worked at Rusty's Tree Service. He enjoyed working at Nagel's Processing during deer season. James is survived by his Daughter, Martha Ruff of Miamisburg, OH; Granddaughter, Brianna Konkle of Springport, MI; Great Grandson, Kaden Eagen of Springport, MI; Two Sisters, Gloria Jean Vaughn of Dallas, TX and Maryann Henderson of Leland, MS; Brother, Herman Vaughn of San Antonio, TX; Special Niece, Artis Jones of Albion, MI, Special Friend, Jill Stout of Marshall, MI and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by his Parents, his Sisters, Bessie Vaughn and Sarah Wesley, Brother, Johnnie Vaughn. James enjoyed fishing, hunting, was an avid sports fan, cooking, grilling and loved spending time with his friends and family. He attended Crossroad Church & Ministries of Marshall where he served in the food pantry.
