Sharon "Sherry" Ann Lewis, 74, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born on July 28, 1943, the daughter of Jay Whitman and Opal Mosher.
Sherry is survived by her Son, Earl (Tina) Lewis; two Granddaughters, Camille Lewis and Allison O'Connor; sister-in-law, Norma Krutsch; Son-in-law, Shaun O'Connor and a host of other loving friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, George Lewis, and her Daughter, Sandy O'Connor.
Sherry loved to play BINGO, as well as putting together puzzles. She enjoyed watching the cardinals that would play outside her window, she had a collection of cardinal trinkets as well. She enjoyed going to craft sales, and making crafts with her hands. Sherry especially loved her family and her pets. She spent as much of her free time with them as she could.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Thursday March 29, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, on Friday, March 30, 2018, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Kingery Clingenpeel of Battle Creek First Christian Church officiating.
Interment will take place in the Newbre Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of South Central Michigan.
